The ideal candidate for this Senior Product Manager role at Oracle will be a self-starter, confident communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will work with Product Managers globally to drive Oracle APEX adoption and ensure customer success. The role involves collaborating with various teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle APEX low-code solutions addressing customer business problems. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information to define product specifications, communicating product strategy, fostering relationships with other groups, reviewing product documentation, and ensuring successful product releases. The candidate will be responsible for customer, partner, and SI engagements in India and JAPAC. Responsibilities For Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev
- Collaborate with product developers to gather product requirements and designs
- Support both internal and external customers
- Help and support existing customers to troubleshoot issues
- Engage with internal customers and act as their advocate
- Develop and manage product collateral
- Develop, test and review Oracle APEX certification exam questions
- Monitor and address product queries in forums
- Facilitate Partner and Customer education
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams
- Collaborate with customers on product success stories
- Support internal teams on sales and customer onboarding
- Support field, marketing, partner, customer, and community events
- Act as a subject matter expert
Requirements For Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev
- Complete understanding of Oracle APEX
- Experience in developing production systems at various scales
- Natural ability to speak with developers, customers, and partners
- Solid background in SQL and PL/SQL
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
- 5 - 8 years of experience in APEX application development
- Technical background with experience in Web technologies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technology or MBA
