SDE - Cloud & Kubernetes Networking

Oracle is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in Cloud & Kubernetes Networking to join their team building a cloud-native platform for internally developed SaaS applications. This role focuses on transforming how Software Developers and DevOps engineers build cloud applications for enterprise customers using Oracle technologies. The position involves working with a diverse, distributed team across the US, India, and Europe, following Agile methodologies.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud networking, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. You'll be responsible for architecting and managing network traffic flow components, working with technologies like Istio, Calico, and Kubernetes network security policies. The position demands both technical excellence and strong communication skills, as you'll be interfacing with various teams and helping customers architect networking solutions.

As a senior team member, you'll have significant autonomy while working on critical infrastructure components. The role combines hands-on technical work with architectural decision-making and leadership responsibilities.
