Senior AI Engineer / Software Engineer - Fusion

As a Senior Software Developer (IC3-IC4), you will be at the forefront of building Oracle's next-generation RAG/Agent platform for Oracle Fusion products. You will design and implement AI systems that can intelligently retrieve information, reason about complex business scenarios, and automate sophisticated workflows within enterprise environments.

This role requires deep expertise in modern AI technologies including large language models, vector databases, and agent frameworks. You will architect systems that seamlessly integrate with Oracle's robust data ecosystem while maintaining the highest standards for security, scalability, and performance. Your solutions will empower users to interact with enterprise data in more intuitive and productive ways.

Working in a collaborative team environment, you will partner with product managers, domain experts, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into production-grade AI implementations. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience building scalable AI solutions with a strong engineering foundation. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
