Senior Member of Technical Staff (JoinOCI-SDE)

This role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, and other cloud infrastructure components. You'll be working on critical initiatives including spike detection mechanisms using ML algorithms, Kafka integrations for real-time actions, and developing automated ticket routing frameworks. The role requires strong technical skills in Python, Java, and TypeScript, along with experience in cloud infrastructure and AI-powered tools.

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you'll lead technical discussions across teams, mentor junior engineers, and help define software engineering practices.
