Senior Principal Engineer, CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, SaaS Application, OMS - MCS

Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer for their CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team. This is a key technical leadership position responsible for providing excellence in customer service support and resolving complex technical challenges in Oracle's cloud products ecosystem.

The role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for experienced engineers who excel at both technical problem-solving and stakeholder management. As a Senior Principal Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of supporting Oracle's cloud transformation, working with both Cloud and On-Premise customers.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Leading technical support and troubleshooting for complex enterprise SaaS applications
• Serving as a technical escalation point for critical customer issues
• Mentoring and developing other technical team members
• Creating and reviewing technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Working directly with customers to resolve sensitive technical situations
• Providing technical consultation on Oracle product usage and integration
