Senior Principal Lustre Software Engineer

Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Principal Lustre Software Engineer to join their team building next-generation Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions. This role focuses on delivering large-scale, high-performance, fault-tolerant storage solutions for AI/ML infrastructure services. The position requires deep expertise in Lustre filesystem architecture and large-scale Linux environments, with opportunities to design and implement critical enterprise-level features.

As a Sr. Principal Member of Technical Staff, you'll work closely with senior architects and product management to shape the future of OCI's storage infrastructure. The role demands extensive experience with Lustre parallel filesystems and strong programming skills in C/C++. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, implementing proof of concepts, and mentoring junior engineers while maintaining a hands-on approach to coding and system design.
