Senior Site Reliability Development Engineer

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Development Engineer to join their Sovereign Cloud team in Singapore. This role focuses on building and operating government, classified, and sovereign cloud regions with the same reliability and high performance as their public cloud. The position requires 6-10+ years of experience and involves managing production environments, systems, and databases for Singapore's governmental sovereign cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for automation and optimization of operations across multiple production environments, bringing deep technical knowledge of OCI to provide escalation support for complex production issues. You'll be working on challenges related to immense growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, and maintaining high performance and availability requirements.

As a senior member of the team, you'll guide junior engineers, participate in large-scale incident management, and help optimize processes. The role requires expertise in Linux administration, networking, and modern DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Terraform. You'll be part of a 24/7 support rotation across day and night shifts.
