Senior Technical Operations Engineer

As a Senior Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. You'll perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role combines deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems related to growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, high performance, and high availability requirements.

The position requires rotation across day and night shifts for 24/7 support coverage. You'll be working with cutting-edge cloud technology while supporting government and classified environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cloud operations and infrastructure who wants to work on mission-critical systems at scale.

The role requires Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency and ability to obtain security clearance due to the nature of government projects involved.
