Description For Services Sales Snr Manager

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) is seeking a Services Sales Senior Manager to lead a sales team in the Commercial market segment. The role involves managing complex customer relationships, developing account penetration strategies, and driving sales of Oracle's broad services portfolio. Key responsibilities include creating and executing market vision and sales strategies, managing team performance, forecasting accurately, and building executive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of services sales experience, at least 5 years in management, and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of businesses using Oracle technology, including Cloud at Customer, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies
  • Manage complex customer relationships
