The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team provides the opportunity to build and operate massive scale, integrated cloud services in a distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment. The OCI Metering team is responsible for ingesting millions of records of customer usage daily from every OCI Service team. These records are processed, aggregated and used for customer reports and billing purposes. The team supports a big data pipeline that must be highly redundant and scalable, working with all areas of OCI cloud services and downstream platform teams. This critical team gathers usage data from all areas of the OCI Cloud and manages a constantly growing pipeline supporting new customer requests and services.
