Software Developer (OCI Media)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join their Media Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cloud services enabling animation, film, and game development studios to migrate their production pipeline to the cloud. The team is building new services including virtual animation workstation service, digital asset management, high-performance storage, render farm as a service, and production pipeline management.

You'll be part of building a competitive offering from the ground up, extending OCI's reach into the media and entertainment industry. Working with talented software developers, you'll design scalable, highly available cloud services in a world-class development environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and strong programming skills in languages like Java, C++, or Golang. Knowledge of media production workflows, 3D frameworks, and rendering workflows is a plus.
