User Experience Developer 4-ProdDev

Oracle is seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join their team as a Principal UX Designer (IC4 level). This role focuses on crafting simple user experiences for complex, data-intensive workflows, requiring collaboration with product managers to prototype user experiences for new products and support UX design for customer and partner-facing assets.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential bonus and equity opportunities. Located in the United States, this role requires 3-5+ years of experience and demands expertise in Figma, user-centered design processes, and strong communication skills.

As a Principal UX Designer, you'll be responsible for leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and working closely with product managers and engineering teams. The role involves creating and communicating concepts, wireframes, and detailed design solutions while ensuring implementations meet specifications.
