OROSYS is seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join their R&D team, reporting to the Head of Software Development. This role is perfect for an experienced developer who wants to work for one of the fastest-growing and influential award-winning guitar product innovators in the market. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and be proficient in C++ development, collaborative practices, and cross-platform development.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new features for Two notes Audio Engineering's product lineup, contributing to architectural decisions, maintaining the existing codebase, and interacting with various teams to shape the technical direction of product development. The role also involves maintaining and expanding the company's technical infrastructure, assisting with ad-hoc developments, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements include extensive experience in C++ development, proficiency in collaborative development practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of scripting languages and cross-platform development. Fluency in both French and English is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities For C++ Software Engineer
- Design & implement new features in Two notes Audio Engineering's current & future product lineup
- Participate and contribute to architectural choices & decisions
- Monitor and maintain the existing products codebase
- Interact with Two notes' product team to help shape the technical direction for product development
- Maintain and expand Two notes' overall technical infrastructure (CI/CD, VCS)
- Assist in additional ad-hoc developments (partner-centric embedded technology integration, interactions with firmware and devops teams)
- Mentor junior team members and interact with external contractors
Requirements For C++ Software Engineer
- 10 to 15 years experience
- Proficiency in C++ (17, 20) and associated development tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in collaborative development practices (Git, CI/CD, agile methodologies)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Working knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Shell)
- Working knowledge with cross-platform development (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Fluency in both French and English
- Experience in interacting with REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication and team-working ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Understanding of audio related software development is a plus (DAWs, Plugins, algorithm implementation and testing)
