The position requires 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading cross-company deliverables and technical teams.

Oscar Health offers a blended work culture with flexible remote options. If you're near their offices in New York City, Tempe, or Los Angeles, you'll need to be in-office two days per week. Otherwise, you can work remotely from numerous eligible states.
