As a Controls Engineer at Pacific Fusion, you will lead the design, development, and validation of controls systems crucial to their success. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. You will lead collaborative projects and play a vital role in developing their fusion system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing control systems for mechanical systems, data acquisition, positioners, and pulsed power equipment
  • Programming PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Conducting system analysis and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of control system design and programming
  • Proficiency in PLC programming
  • Experience with HMI development and SCADA systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
