Parallel Wireless is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer for their North site in the Kinneret area. This role focuses on testing wireless telecom and cloud-based cellular solutions, offering an opportunity to work with ORAN wireless technology. The position combines software development, automation, and telecommunications expertise, requiring strong technical skills in Python, Linux, and cloud technologies. The role involves creating and executing test plans for 4G/5G technologies, building end-to-end test setups, and driving innovation in automation infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in networking, virtualization, and modern DevOps tools, while contributing to the development and optimization of test frameworks. Responsibilities For Sr. Integration Engineer - North
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
- Create detailed test plans and test cases for 4G/5G technologies
- Design and build end-to-end test setups
- Analyze and debug logs for test simulators and systems
- Resolve issues in end-to-end setups
- Analyze, reproduce and validate customer-found defects
- Verify various Parallel Wireless Products and Applications
- Suggest improvements to the product
- Automate test execution
- Provide mentorship & training to teammates
- Review and optimize current architecture and test flows
- Drive new tools/approaches/methodologies to the automation infrastructure
Requirements For Sr. Integration Engineer - North
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with LAN/WAN, WLAN, Routing protocols – L2 and L3, TCP/IP, QoS
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX based platforms
- Understanding of virtualization platforms like VMware, KVM
- Understanding of Automation Framework design
- Advanced networking knowledge, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs
- Python and Shell scripting skills, preferably Pytest Framework
- Strong hands-on design, coding, and debugging skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communications/Computer Science Engineering
