Offensive Software Developer

Parsons Corporation is seeking an Offensive Software Developer to join their Federal Solutions team. This role focuses on conducting offensive capability development for Windows environments, requiring expertise in C and C# programming, malware development, and software vulnerability research. The position demands an active TS/SCI clearance and involves working in a Scrum/Agile environment.

The role is part of Parsons' defense and intelligence operations, where you'll contribute to critical national security missions. You'll be developing offensive security capabilities, conducting malware analysis, and performing software vulnerability research. The position requires some travel (15%) to both domestic and international locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cyber operations, including host-based computer forensics, network penetration testing, and offensive cyber operations. Additional desired skills include binary disassembly, protocol analysis, and software exploit development. Professional certifications such as OSEP, OSEE, GXPN, or GREM are valued.
