Full Stack Developer

Payflow is revolutionizing employee financial wellbeing through their innovative on-demand salary access platform. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll join an international team of over 10 nationalities, working directly on developing the company's core products under the mentorship of the VP of Engineering.

Your role will be crucial in building the most complete financial wellbeing app in the market. Key responsibilities include developing new app features, building integrations with HR software systems to ensure smooth client onboarding, and creating dashboard tools for HR departments to monitor employee financial wellbeing.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in startups, with deep understanding of Node.js, MySQL, and API development. Strong knowledge of React/Angular, AWS, Docker, and experience with unit/integration testing is required. Experience with HR/Payroll software integration, mobile frameworks (Ionic/React Native), and TypeScript is a plus.

You'll be joining one of Spain's first five Y-Combinator startups in hyper-growth mode.
