Senior Frontend Engineer

PayPay Securities, part of the PayPay Group, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team. As a key player in PayPay's financial ecosystem, the company has launched "Point Management" with over 10 million users and "PayPay Asset Management," the first initiative in Japan enabling asset management on a payment application. The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and QAs to build a new organization within PayPay Securities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and operating products using web technologies
• Working closely with Product Managers and Designers to customize asset management experiences
• Leading solutions to achieve organizational and product visions
• Contributing to the team through knowledge sharing and code reviews
• Planning long-term improvements for frontend codebase quality
• Debugging and resolving product issues
• Hiring and training Frontend engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of in-house web product development experience
• Expertise in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and TypeScript
• Experience in designing Frontend Architecture and leading development projects
• Knowledge of modern web development methods and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with REST API integration
• Strong sense of ownership
• Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese
