Lead Developer - Plugins CMS/PHP

Payplug, a leading French payment solution provider, is seeking a Lead Developer specializing in CMS/PHP Plugins to join their dynamic team. As part of a 350-person organization that serves 17,000 SMEs and major enterprises, you'll lead the Plugins Squad responsible for developing payment modules for key e-commerce CMS platforms like Magento 2, WooCommerce, Prestashop, Sylius, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating and maintaining high-performance payment solutions that enable thousands of merchants to process online payments efficiently. You'll work with a modern tech stack including PHP, Symfony, and various e-commerce platforms, while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX designers, QA teams, SRE, Architects, and Support teams.

The position offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of critical payment infrastructure while leading and mentoring a team of developers. You'll be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, maintaining security standards, and driving innovation in payment solutions.
