Founding Engineer

As the first full-stack founding engineer, you'll work directly with ex-Meta founder and ex-Microsoft PM in New York City. The platform serves as an SMB Customer Revenue Engine, featuring AI agents for conversation handling, an intelligence layer for learning from interactions, and outbound AI driving revenue growth. The vision is to become the ultimate SMB super app - a comprehensive platform managing everything from customer acquisition to retention.

You'll have an instrumental role in shaping the product's evolution, working across the full stack using technologies like TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Postgres, Twilio, and LiveKit. Beyond coding, you'll engage directly with customers, influence the roadmap, and help close major deals.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience in fast-moving product engineering teams, strong full-stack skills, and a customer-obsessed mindset. You'll join a team of 12 people, with plans to grow the NYC hub to five people in the next quarter.
