Responsibilities For QA Automation Engineer
- Take ownership of mobile automation test framework and transform it into a robust, maintainable solution
- Design, implement, and optimize automated tests using Appium and TypeScript across both iOS and Android
- Work closely with product squads, developers, and QA colleagues
- Set standards for mobile automation, improve reliability, and reduce flaky test cases
- Contribute to a QA-first culture focused on risk mitigation, product stability, and customer experience
Requirements For QA Automation Engineer
- 5+ years in QA with strong hands-on mobile test automation expertise
- Deep experience with Appium + TypeScript
- Familiarity with WebdriverIO, BrowserStack, or similar tools
- Confident testing both iOS and Android apps using scripted automation tools
- Comfortable working in Continuous Delivery environments
- Understanding that QA is about preventing issues, not just catching bugs
- Open to feedback, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative agile environment
