Deputy Director - Cloud Solution Architect

PepsiCo is seeking a Deputy Director - Cloud Solution Architect to join their Cloud and SAP Infra Engineering organization. This role is crucial in driving PepsiCo's multi-year Cloud First Strategy and Cloud Transformation, including cloud adoption at scale. The position involves end-to-end integrated solution design and architecture for cloud-native applications and applications transitioning from on-premises to public cloud.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Enterprise Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, and Capability Teams to develop cloud solutions. They will be responsible for designing, validating, and approving cloud architectures based on PepsiCo's approved networking and security patterns while supporting key operational aspects such as availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and integration.

Key responsibilities include providing architecture guidance, participating in solution review boards, developing cloud patterns and standards, and driving technical design for cloud migration. The role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and strong communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
