Senior Software Engineer, AI Search Team

The role focuses on building core services and infrastructure for large-scale data ingestion and retrieval in support of agentic applications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building scalable systems and strong backend or full stack engineering capabilities. While primarily working with Rust, prior experience with the language is not required - just a willingness to learn.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, developing distributed services, and contributing to engineering standards.
