Planbase is revolutionizing healthcare operations by building an AI-powered command center for workforce management. As a Founding Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how healthcare facilities handle their operations.

You'll be working across the full stack, tackling everything from core system redesigns like ML forecasting architecture to user-facing features. The tech stack includes cutting-edge tools like OpenAI and Anthropic for LLMs, LightGBM and Prophet for ML, Python and Postgres for backend, React and TypeScript for frontend, all deployed on AWS.

The ideal candidate is high-energy, opinionated, and results-driven, with strong product sense and React expertise. You'll need to balance speed with quality while helping build both the technical foundation and company culture. As an early team member, you'll have significant influence and potential for increased equity compensation over time.

Planbase is tackling a massive inefficiency in healthcare, where 10 admins per doctor spend hours managing operations through disconnected systems.
