PlayStation is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer for Game Technology to join their Advanced Technology Group (ATG). This role, based in London, requires relocation and is part of PlayStation Studios. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with modern Deep Learning, C++ programming, strong debugging skills, and understanding of 3D maths/geometry.
The ATG contributes to some of the most recognizable and ambitious console games and franchises, as well as platform development. You'll be part of a small creative team tackling problems centered around computer vision and machine learning. Projects include runtime tracking of PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers and a novel facial performance capture system for AAA games.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll develop innovative algorithms, make technology choices, prototype solutions, and bring them to production. High run-time performance is crucial as some systems will run on millions of PlayStations. You'll stay up-to-date with industry advances and academic developments, collaborating closely with teams in Europe, the U.S., and Japan.
