The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with statically typed programming languages (TypeScript, Go, Java/Scala, etc.)
  • A product-oriented mindset and comfort in engaging with customers
  • Ability to work across the entire technology stack

Polaron uses a variety of technologies, including:

This is primarily an in-person role based in the East London office, with the team working at least four days a week on-site. The salary range is £60,000-£75,000 GBP, with 0.1-0.5% equity, depending on experience.

Polaron is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and encourages applications from all backgrounds. The interview process includes an initial video call, a technical pairing exercise, a behavioral interview, and a paid trial day.

Join Polaron in their mission to become world leaders at the interface between AI and materials, supporting the next generation of advanced materials critical to building a more sustainable future.
