ServiceNow Developer

Private Health Management (PHM) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling their service delivery platform, PHMCare. This position combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on reducing technical debt, improving platform performance, and establishing development standards.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading technical development and optimization of PHM's ServiceNow platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Implementing scalable integrations and automation solutions
• Mentoring in-house developers and establishing best practices
• Monitoring and improving system performance
• Setting development standards within a formal governance structure

This remote position offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

• Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000
