NOC Engineer

As a NOC Engineer at Provectus, you will be at the forefront of their managed service operations, providing support and monitoring for customers from CI/CD to Production environments. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and recovering client infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include monitoring data centers, servers, applications, performance, and availability; assessing and prioritizing faults; providing technical support; and communicating effectively with customers. You'll also be expected to follow NOC processes, troubleshoot issues using provided tools, and work on a shift schedule.

The ideal candidate should have experience in network management, knowledge of various operating systems (particularly Linux and Windows), and experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Zabbix, and Grafana. An intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is required. Additional knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD processes, and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform would be advantageous.
