(AC char) Digital SOC Test Engineer, up to Sr. (Zhubei)

Qualcomm is seeking a Digital SOC Test Engineer to join their Product and Test Development Engineering (PDTE) team in Zhubei. This role focuses on creating test solutions for New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Enablement of Qualcomm Silicon on Chip (SOC) products. The position offers significant growth opportunities within Digital Test Engineering, including specialization in Processors, DDR, Sensors, DC, Test program integration, and Structural ATPG Testing.

As a Product Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code and test methods, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Design, DFT, Process, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers. The role requires expertise in hardware engineering, particularly with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex platforms, and a strong understanding of VLSI technologies and Digital Baseband products.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field, combined with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Technical proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, and Java, along with experience in data analytics tools and machine learning, will be highly valued.
