The position involves working with advanced high-speed SerDes IPs, where you'll develop and implement ATE test solutions using the Advantest 93000 tester platform. You'll be handling various SerDes PHYs including PCIe, UFS, USB2/3/4, DSI, CSI, and proprietary high-speed IP. The role requires close collaboration with multiple teams, including design, system, bench, and vector teams, to ensure successful test case implementation and silicon issue resolution.

As a senior engineer, you'll be responsible for both new product introduction (NPI) and volume production support, including test time reduction and yield issue debugging. The position requires a strong background in electrical engineering or computer science, with expertise in VLSI, programming, and signal integrity concepts.
