HSIO (SerDes high speed IP) ATE engineering (Zhubei)

The role requires close collaboration with design, system, bench, and vector teams to implement ATE test cases and debug silicon issues.

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for supporting volume production through test time reduction and yield issue debugging.
