MSIP ATE Test and Characterization Engineer

Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited is seeking a talented MSIP ATE Test and Characterization Engineer to join their Product and Test Engineering (PTE) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technology and create test solutions for Silicon Validation and Characterization.

The position provides growth opportunities within Digital Test Engineering, including specialization in Mixed Signal, Microprocessors, HSIO, Logic, Memory, DFT, DFM, Machine Learning, and SW Development. You'll also have the chance to work in adjacent disciplines such as Yield Management, Diagnostics, and Product Engineering.

As a Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating test solutions for New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Enablement of Qualcomm Silicon on Chip products. You'll work in a dynamic environment where you'll develop ATE code/test methods and collaborate closely with various engineering teams.

The role requires strong technical skills in electronics engineering, programming, and test equipment expertise. You'll be working with state-of-the-art technology and contributing to Qualcomm's innovation in semiconductor development.
