Responsibilities For RFIC AMS DV Sr Engineer
- System Verilog real number modeling and functional verification of blocks for WAN, GPS radios for 5G products
- Understanding device functionality and building verification plans
- Setting up and running AMS testbenches for RFIC modules
- Working with SPICE/Spectre simulators and digital simulators
- UVM/SV based Testbench creation and verification
- Scripting using PERL/Python/Shell to automate verification tasks
- Working with Analog and Digital design environments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Post silicon bringup support
Requirements For RFIC AMS DV Sr Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field, Masters preferred
- 2+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience
- Experience in electrical circuit analysis
- Knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM
- Proficiency in Perl or Python
- Experience with phaselock loops, ADCs, DACs, and serial programming interfaces
- Ability to write behavioral models of analog blocks including event driven simulator
