Responsibilities For Wi-Fi System Engineer, Staff

  • Define performance target and radio coexistence schemes between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, LTE, UWB, GNSS, Thread
  • Work on software algorithms, hardware interfaces, signal processing techniques, and scheduling arbitration
  • Create new features independently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take features from concept to production

Requirements For Wi-Fi System Engineer, Staff

Linux
  • BS in Wireless Communication Systems or related field
  • 4+ years research or work experience in wireless communication systems and architecture
  • Proficient in network performance modeling, simulation, and lab debugging
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and quick to learn
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Familiarity with wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, UWB, Thread
  • Familiarity with radio interference impact on wireless communications systems
  • Solid background in SW/MAC/PHY architecture and coexistence algorithms
