At Qualtrics, we're seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help elevate our Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence R&D strategy. This role is part of the Data Intelligence Center of Excellence (DICE) organization, which provides AI/ML research and development services across all product lines.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing scalable, robust, and highly available microservices to perform statistical analyses and build/deploy machine learning models. You'll work in a supportive environment that enables individual growth while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to implement, tune, and productize cutting-edge machine learning models.
The role combines technical expertise with practical problem-solving, requiring you to build and maintain highly scalable data pipelines to cleanse, anonymize, measure, and index complex and multi-modal data. You'll be expected to lead and engage in design reviews, architectural discussions, and requirement definitions while working closely with specialists, tech-ops, and product managers.
The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $99,500 to $187,000 USD annually, along with benefits including an $1800 Experience bonus, unlimited sick days, and comprehensive medical coverage. Qualtrics operates on a hybrid work model where team members gather in the office three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one leader-selected day) to foster collaboration and innovation.
