Senior Software Engineer

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Seattle office to reinvent the next generation Dashboard experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and shape the future of their reporting platform.

The position involves providing guidance on design and roadmap/vision of the Dashboard organization within the Reporting Platform. You'll work on both frontend features powering navigation/layouting of the Dashboard and backend services handling dashboard configurations and storage systems. As part of reinventing the next generation Dashboard, this role will have significant impact on performance and user experience.

The Reporting Platform team is crucial to Qualtrics' success as they help customers understand their collected data - the core reason why customers use Qualtrics. The team owns several customer-facing products including Dashboards, Printed Reports, Results Reports, Reporting SDK, and data exports. The vast majority of users experience Qualtrics through reports or dashboards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing scalable, fast, and robust web-based solutions
• Implementing new features and optimizing existing ones
• Working closely with design and product teams
• Creating early prototypes and transforming them into end-user features
• Building high-performance RESTful services

The ideal candidate should have:

• 6-10 years of full stack web engineering experience
• Strong algorithms and data structures background
• Experience with MVC and single page application technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with continuous delivery, git, and test automation
