Qualtrics is seeking a senior software engineer for their CX Core team to help advance their Customer Experience (CX) product. The role focuses on data visualization, AI implementation, and building scalable solutions for complex customer problems. The CX Core team is responsible for products and functionality that help customers establish and run their CX programs, providing quick, statistics-based insights from collected data. The team emphasizes creating high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that simplify CX program setup and make program insights fast and intuitive.
Key responsibilities include developing scalable web-based solutions, implementing new features, collaborating with UX and Product teams, participating in daily stand-ups, and driving operational excellence through production issue investigation and root cause analysis.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of meaningful engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, with strong expertise in full-stack development, AWS technologies, and system design. Experience with NodeJS and machine learning/generative AI is advantageous.
