They will need to effectively translate product features into value drivers and work closely with various teams including Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering.
The role requires significant experience in Sales and Technical roles within SaaS/Cloud environments, particularly working with C/VP level buyers. The successful candidate must possess strong technical capabilities while being able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. They should be comfortable explaining complex technical aspects of SaaS software, including security, APIs, and SLAs.
Key responsibilities include architecting solutions, developing and delivering high-quality product demonstrations, and driving the adoption of Qualtrics solutions within strategic accounts. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, staying current with industry trends, and contributing to the development and refinement of Qualtrics products.
