Software Engineer II - PaaS

Qualtrics is seeking a Software Engineer II for their PaaS team in Seattle to help create a world-class digital-first customer experience. This role is part of the Ecosystem Engineering organization, which is dedicated to developing the Qualtrics Ecosystem and enhancing the developer experience for partners and customers.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work on building scalable, fast, and robust SaaS solutions using modern technologies like TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS. The engineer will be responsible for implementing new functionality, optimizing existing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams including other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of full-stack web engineering experience and a strong background in algorithms, data structures, and coding. They should be comfortable working with containerization and developing scalable web-based solutions to solve complex business problems.

The compensation range is competitive at $116,000 - $219,000 USD annually, with additional benefits including sign-on bonus and restricted stock units based on eligibility.
