Job Description

Quandri, recently named one of LinkedIn's Top Canadian Startups in 2024, is revolutionizing the insurance industry with their AI-driven Renewal Intelligence Platform. They're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Integrations team in Vancouver, working in a hybrid environment.

The role focuses on building and maintaining integrations with key insurance systems, requiring someone who can translate ambiguous requirements into robust architectural solutions. The position demands a mix of technical excellence and leadership skills, as you'll be responsible for system design, code quality, and mentoring other developers.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 base salary, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. The work environment is hybrid, requiring three days in their Gastown office for Vancouver-based employees, with the flexibility to work anywhere in the world for 60 days annually.

Key technical requirements include 6+ years of software development experience, strong Python skills, and expertise in cloud platforms, databases, and DevOps practices.
