Description For Customer Success Engineer - East / Central

Quantum Metric, a leader in Continuous Product Design, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their remote-first team. This role combines technical expertise with client relationship management, where you'll support major brands in implementing and optimizing the Quantum Metric platform. You'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, developing custom JavaScript solutions and configuring analytics dashboards while managing client relationships.
