Junior DevOps Engineer (Exclusive position for women)

RD Station, a leader in technology solutions in Brazil, is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer for an exclusive position for women. As part of a squad focused on optimizing the development and operations infrastructure, you'll implement and maintain tools to accelerate development team deliveries, ensuring stability and quality across development, staging, and production environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and improving local development and on-demand staging environments (RD PaaS)
• Automating processes and tools to enhance delivery cadence
• Contributing to CI/CD flow, ensuring efficient and quality releases
• Supporting development platforms and documentation maintenance (Backstage, Oracle, Terraform)
• Increasing release frequency and speed while reducing incidents related to faulty PRs

We're looking for candidates with:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language
• Interest in application infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Understanding of automated tests and CI/CD flows
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different engineering areas
• Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, results-oriented environment

Differentials include knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and initial experience with infrastructure automation and system monitoring.
