AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at Real Broker LLC, you will join the research and development team, working transversely across the company to embed AI-driven solutions into various facets of the business, including operations, customer experience, and product development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models to enhance real estate operations, customer experience, and product innovation.
• Collaborating with various teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI integration.
• Building and maintaining scalable AI systems using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Staying informed about the latest trends in AI/ML to drive innovation.
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and refining AI models for high performance in production environments.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Python in production environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in the AI/ML domain or academic research background.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.

The work schedule is 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST, and the position is remote-based in India. Real offers an estimated base salary range of ₹4M – ₹4.6M, depending on experience.
