Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Integrations Team

Recruitics is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Integrations Team in a transformative role at the intersection of recruitment marketing and technology. This position offers an opportunity to architect and build critical systems that connect Recruitics' platform with client ATS systems and third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across their recruitment marketing ecosystem.

The role combines strategic engineering with hands-on development, focusing on both backend scalability and system interoperability. You'll be instrumental in enabling next-generation analytics and AI products (Vision and AI Analyst) while driving engineering best practices and mentoring team members.

Key technical aspects include working with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, React, Kubernetes, and both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases. You'll be responsible for designing robust APIs, managing microservices, and ensuring high-performance data synchronization.
