Founding Solutions Engineer

Reducto, a rapidly growing AI-focused enterprise SaaS company, is seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. Reducto specializes in helping AI teams process unstructured enterprise data from formats like PDFs and spreadsheets using state-of-the-art vision models. Their technology enables accurate extraction of text, tables, and graphs from complex documents, serving hundreds of companies including leading AI teams and FAANG companies.

As the Founding Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the GTM team, core engineering, and enterprise users. The position requires strong technical expertise in Python and Kubernetes, with 3-6 years of experience working with enterprise customers. You'll be responsible for demonstrating product capabilities, designing system architectures, and writing code to help customers maximize Reducto's products.
