Lead Developer (F/M)

The position requires a unique blend of technical leadership and hands-on development skills, particularly in Python, VBA, SQLite, and API integration. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills, as you'll be leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.
