Full Stack Software Engineer

The platform automates complex compliance requirements between brands, warehouses, and retailers, transforming weeks of manual work into minutes of automated processes.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building and scaling their core platform using React Native, Flask, and TypeScript. This role offers unique hands-on experience, including occasional travel to warehouses for live deployments. You'll work directly with the founding team and founding engineer, making crucial technical decisions that shape RetailReady's future.

The ideal candidate brings full stack development experience with modern web technologies and embraces a startup mindset. You should be ready to take ownership, demonstrate ambition and tenacity, and have a genuine curiosity about supply chain operations. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you'll work closely with founders, customers, and warehouse teams.
