This position combines technical expertise with consultative skills to provide comprehensive operational support, maintenance, and enhancements for OpenText Content Server. The role involves administering and troubleshooting OpenText technologies, conducting capacity planning, and developing custom ECM solutions. You'll work with various technologies including XML, HTML, Visual Studio, JAVA, SQL, and PowerShell.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server solutions and strong expertise in Windows Server architecture, Active Directory, IIS, Apache Tomcat, and SQL Server. You'll be responsible for collaborating with IT teams and client stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure content management solutions.

Responsibilities For OpenText Content Server Administrator / Developer
- Administer and troubleshoot OpenText technologies, addressing challenges related to content type models, workflows, and security frameworks
- Conduct capacity planning for EFS and search growth, ensuring infrastructure scalability and efficiency
- Design and develop custom ECM solutions using OpenText's framework, SmartUI, and web forms
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage servers, search indexes, and system integrations
- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Represent and embody ReVisionz core values in all interactions
Requirements For OpenText Content Server Administrator / Developer
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting OpenText Content Server solutions
- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable and secure ECM solutions
- Expertise in OpenText architecture, module administration, and security frameworks
- Proficiency in Windows Server architecture, Active Directory, IIS, Apache Tomcat, and SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for exploring new perspectives and technologies
- Exceptional communication skills
