The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $175,000 to $205,000, plus equity through the Company Stock Plan. Responsibilities For Staff Security Engineer, Application Security
- Drive security improvements by developing and deploying security controls into CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with product and platform engineers to improve security posture
- Design, develop, and maintain automation and tooling for application security
- Perform security reviews of architecture, design, and code
- Research new and emerging threats
- Collaborate across teams to improve adoption of security tools and practices
- Advocate for and contribute to secure coding education
- Demonstrate ownership of application security projects
Requirements For Staff Security Engineer, Application Security
- 8+ years of experience in software development or application security roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
